Kinetic Capsule stopped working after a Change Faction

My kinetic Capsule ( ID 1EF7C8BD ) has always worked fine as a clock, until my recent Change Faction.

Since the CF, the kinetic no longer works. It is stuck at 0km / Hypercube Program.

On the Community I read that other agents had the very same problem after a change faction and asked for a reset of their capsules.

Can anybody please reset my kinetc capsule so that it can start working again?
