Cannot edit location

Whenever I try to submit a location edit within the game, it drags the location back to the starting point even if under 10m. Currently the Portal I am try to fix is marked about 10m into a protected habitat where walking is not permitted. This is both a safety and an environmental issue.

u need do a portal location appeal edit on wayfarer better.
