Amended Usernames Retain Historic Naming After Changes

One of my invitees erroneously entered PID (personal identifiable data) as their Niantic Chat username and this was corrected by Niantic in the back end (thank you!)

Unfortunately, posts made to channels retain their PID containing data after the username being changed.
