Notifications issue.

No notifications seem to be coming through for general chats and events

•The Niantic Chat icon is not showing a red dot for the notification.

•Notification only seem to be coming through when “@-ted” / mentioned.

•Notification setting is turned on for the Ingress app as well as within the ingress app settings, so I assume the issue is with the app itself.
