Fields discolor portal visit/capture indicators

Description of the issue:

Fields discolor the purple or red indicators that appear on portals when the portal visit or capture layers are enabled, making them less visually striking and harder to notice, especially in sunlight. It isn't clear to me how Ingress handles object or transparency ordering, but ideally, these indicators should be the same color regardless of whatever fields may be overhead to improve contrast.
