  • If you've tried to uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of Ingress, I'm going to copy and paste some of the helpful bits from the Report a Bug posting flow that would make your report easier to understand and investigate:

    • Share specific steps to reproduce the issue you’re seeing.
    • Include your device model name, Android or iOS version, Ingress app version number, and whether you’re connected to 4G/5G or Wi-Fi.
    • Attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing. Does the app not start at all, or do you see the Niantic logo, or a black screen?
