No odd (numbered) AP while glyph hacking during this double AP event

During previous double AP events agents were up till now always able to produce odd numbered AP (numbers ending in 1, 3, 5, 7 9). This was probably because it was programmed to double the AP, before truncating. Since the current event (started aug, 6th) it only produces even numbers. This makes it impossoble for agents to get an exact round score (i.e. 40.000.000) if their score prior to the start of the double AP event was an odd number.

Second bug: If you let the timer drop to a low number (had 0.30 and 0.41) before completing your glyph (on a L1 portal) you get no score at all. This was never the case in previous double AP events.

As far as I can tell, Ingress Prime has never given you AP for finishing a successful glyph hack very close to the end of the timer. There have been multiple reports about it. In the beginning the cut-off used to be about 2 seconds, but I think now it's less than 1 second. The irony is that if you get one of the glyphs wrong then you do get AP for any individual correct glyphs - so you get more AP for getting it (partially) wrong than for getting it right.

The double AP thing is odd - as you say, it's usually been possible to get an odd number during double AP events, but there's been at least one previous event where all AP was even [https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/12610/any-way-to-get-an-odd-number-of-ap-at-the-moment].

One possible fix to this problem could be an apex with a x1.5 value. It would have the effect of being worth triple AP during a double AP event, as opposed to a regular apex which gives you quadruple AP and thus makes it still impossible to get an odd number. Niantic could put it in the store at half the cost of a regular apex.
