It looks like all popup cards for distant portals always show the portal as resistance, regardless of actual portal state.
Neutral / Enlightened portals show as Resistance on the popup card.
This bug has been around for many versions.

this problem has occurred through several versions and several restarts.
I can confirm this bug has been around for quite a while. It doesn't always get the portal wrong for me. Sometimes it shows the correct alignment but there are other times when it incorrectly shows the wrong faction or neutral.
Other people have upvoted, and said this is a problem. I could post more examples, but really one should be sufficient, which i have done.
