Reset Streak

I was playing yesterday and I gotten my Hackstreak for Epoc (should be on 7) and Sojourner aswell (I know it's oen hack within a 24 hour period of time, and I had hacked a few portals yesterday)and I'm wondering why now it's reset for some reason because I made sure to keep up with the current hacking periods and I'm wondering if someone could look into this because I was at 104 it should be 105 for Sojourner today. My girlfriend also played yesterday and hers continued counting, I'm confused as to why mine did not. Thank you for your time and consideration! I use a Galaxy s10+, ingress app version 2.71.1.
