Hack acquired no items

Hello Niantic, i played ingress from several years ago, after that i was vaccumed for a while because no time to play game. Yesterday, i am startin to install ingress again and wanna play, but when i hack portals, there is hack acquired no items.
can you Niantic fix this issue, so i can enjoy the world again

That is normal behavior. Glyph hack, or hack your faction’s portals. Simple-Hacking enemy portals (or your factions sometimes) will sometimes give No Output.
