Have Niantic change the times of portal decay…

as I lost a lot of portals today at 1945 Western standard Time and was just about to charge them… I only just hack one 20 minutes before and have to restart as I got kick out of game to come back on and see most of me keys dead

Can someone let me know what’s going on as I lost a lot of strategic keys because of it
