Recursion medal achievement push remplaces all other medal push

Hello,
Last week I reached the platinium tier Scout . The notification push showed the Recursion Medal achievement push in the place of the Scout one. Unhopefully, I did not get the screen capture.
Device : MI10TPro
Ingress Version : 2.75.1-69216d2c
During the Second Saturday event of July, an agent got the same issue with the Mission Day achievement push. Hereafter the screencapture from the agent. He got the silver tier MD.
