Mission with Password unable to Type no Keyboard

Recently I wanted to complete Quest for the Holy Grail, Lake George and Ballston Spa, both missions are similar. I needed to hack the first portal; however a password is needed, so I can continue to the next portal. I was tapping the box and also the arrow down symbol (the question box was making clicking sounds, but nothing was happening), I reached out to another agent, and he said “there should be a keyboard to enter the information”, and as you can see, no way to do so. My agent name is Scallyj, I have an IOS 12, and Ingress version 2.74.1-000a2e9b

Those are missions with "hidden waypoints". The text you see is your hint to find and go to the next portal. Only once you're in range of the next portal will the scanner show what your actual task is, but before that, you need to find the portal yourself.
