Tutorial Goes Nowhere

I accidentally hit the tutorial button while scrolling through the settings screen. Now I get to the map with my avatar but at the bottom is flickering text that reads "sync in progress - tutorial loaded"

I can do nothing, there are no navigation buttons.

I have stopped and restarted.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have cleared the cache.

I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Nothing works.

    Hi @Drijien -

    I did a poke - can you see if it worked and the game loads? If not, please submit a support ticket with as much information from How To Report a Bug as you can so we can look into it more. (And please share the ticket # with me if you do!)

    Thank you, I left the game spinning and when I checked back the tutorial finally started after about six hours. Judging by the time of this response it was probably the poke that did the trick.
