Portal is occupied or not, that is a question!

This portal has different status at the same time. all the portals nearby are occupied by me at the almost same time. They all died this morning, but this one has a little different, it's can't be occupied. When I restart the game, a strange thing happens that it's alive again with a 10% percent battery. I can hack it like a normal LV6 portal, but when I link it, it died immediately. When I restart the game, it alive again.
