C.O.R.E. Extra 500 Inventory Slots still missing for the almost the entire month (June) of my sub

I have written Niantic support 2 - 3 times now about the 500 inventory slots missing, I already re-installed and updated the app on my phone twice with no change or fix. I also sent them the order number at least 2 times now.
My purchase receipt was for June 1st. It is now June 27th, what is the hold up ?
This feels a bit unacceptable that you don't get what you pay for, and when you're a subscriber support is incredibly slow and it seems they close the ticket before making sure your issue is gone. If this does not get fixed, and I don't get some sort of compensation for it not working for WEEKS, I will not subscribe again.

Most of the time the chat system doesn't show a ticket number unless the user has emailed in and communicated that way or been provided it directly by an active support agent in the chat.
Some of the newer in app helpdesk software does have the ticket number at the top of a conversation but this is only a recent feature.
Your probably best looking for the IGN/Agent Tag and searching The NIAOPS Database for the users ticket number chat conversations if you have that access.
The ticket number is shown in the email you should get after opening a ticket, at the bottom right of the mail.
@InvestigateXM As I said..."unless the user has emailed in and communicated that way" and not via in app support etc...I have a support ticket being "Ghosted" by support as usual via the web on my device and there's no ticket number visible.
Also I can't confirm this via the helpdesk software in ingress as I can't access the menus.
Ah apologies, I forgot about the in-app support. Yeah okay that's bull then.
Opening a ticket via the website (not via the app) should still send you a mail tho.

I have gone all month with out my inventory slots. I did get the other items, but the not having inventory slots has been quite annoying.
Oh I agree with you fully & dont think I don't appreciate the input as we are all helping each other as the ingress community it's just a shame the company doesn't operate or care in the same way we do...if they did I guess we would be throwing our hard earned cash at them in excitement.
I'm just missing creating L1 Portals everywhere to annoy my faction and lure out the dark forces.
