Potential Issue: Media no longer Replicates in Quantum Cap.

For at least a few weeks now, I've noticed that a Quantum Cap with Media seems to be no longer replicating.
- I have not been at capacity for more than a few minutes at a time...
- Other Caps with non-media items are replicating.
It seems others have noticed similar behavior.

Might need to be more specific, because I saw replication for the last 3 consecutive days. Yes, media(toast, tessellation media, etc.).
Its interesting, I have 3 caps of about 90 each with Various .. none had seen an increase for at least 3 weeks.
However I finally saw an increase today,
Either really unlucky RNG.. or someone decided to look at something... Net result, the media is growing again :)
