Portal Scanning not working

Some updates ago I've noticed that not all the portal scannings I do are being counted, no matter if I choose to upload them via 4G while at the portal location or via WiFi at home. Today, for instance, I scanned 8 portals, but only 2 counted. I don't know if this is relevant, but the 6 portals that did not count I had lost the control today. The 2 that I got the notification and my nickname appears in the portal I had lost them like a week ago.
I have a Samsung M31 (Android 11) and a Samsung A8 2018 (Android 9) and this problem happens in both of them. Ingress version 2.72.1

they got corrupted probably thats why didnt count i guess.
