I was one of the iOS C.O.R.E. subscribers who had an issue with renewal this month. This was a frustrating experience, but I want to commend @NianticPooja for being very quick to resolve the issue once it reached her attention. I have also heard from other agents in the same boat that she fixed their issues quickly as well. While I hope that the underlying root cause can be fixed before the next cycle of renewals, I am very grateful for this level of support.

I have forwarded her invitation to help to other agents who are facing this same issue, who are not as plugged into the forums.
