Online support becomes unresponsive when C.O.R.E. issues are mentioned
Steps to reproduce: Report the failure of a C.O.R.E. purchase through the online support system.
Expected behaviour: Issue is investigated in a timely manner, missing purchases restored, compensation offered and the root problem resolved.
Actual behaviour: Paying customers are 'ghosted' for days, weeks or even months, support simply ignores whatever is written then eventually closes the chat without any response.
Device: Apple Mac, Safari.
I have now experienced this 3 times, with delays of up to 3 weeks with no response before the chat is unilaterally closed.
