Ada & Jarvis tutorial bug

Hi

From few days I can't do anything with the game as some bug showing up every time I turn the game on. Ada & Jarvis taking and persuade to both sides and showing how to play. Everything is shaking and no acces to anything besides settings. I'm loosing my days by not scaning portals every day. Pls fix that asap.

If you can access the Settings menu, are you able to end the Agent Tutorial? Tap Main Menu > End Tutorial > End Training near the top of the screen.

Hi Canis! I'm sorry that you got stuck at this point loading the client. We are in the process of updating onboarding and doing so has revealed some bugs. We are currently in the process of fixing everyones account, but I did yours specifically right now manually. Please let me know if you have any other issues and have fun scanning those portals!
