Now Tab Stats shows incorrect values (zero values) for Links Active and Control Fields Active

Zero values for both Links Active and Control Fields Active:

But I do have several links and control fields active:

Case 1:

Here links and fields has been active for about 16 hours at the time of reporting this bug.

Case 2:

Here links and fields has been active for about 3-4 days at the time of reporting this bug.

This bug may be related to bug where "Portals Owned" value is incorrect in Now Tab:

I have issues with portals owned now, longest portal owned stopped increasing 2 days ago (& yes I still own it and it's still charged) and my link km per days in now/month is also incorrect

Response from support was:

Note that from time to time, stats in your Agent Profile can get temporarily out of sync. In addition, stats in your NOW tab don't update instantaneously upon completing an action. Your stats should update and catch up soon

Is 4 days acceptable for no action showing up for a 34km link that is still standing and not registered in my "week" count?

And what about a portal I've owned no longer counting despite still owning it?

Clearly something is going wrong in the back end - it's not a "temporary sync" problem
