Portal hack streaks

I have a problem with strikes, the Sojourner medal had a strike of 469 days around February, but from day to day my strike went wrong even though I hacked every day. I said never mind and I started again I had a stable for more than 100 days and it happened again after some time the medal Epoch was added where we have to hack 7 days every day and twice it went wrong again on the fifth day. (I'm really 100% sure I hacked it, I had full inventory - over 2k items and I will delete some things so I can hack the portal but when I come to ingress the next day I have exactly 2k items and the strike is canceled) I need help with this problem because it happens to me all the time.
