[Forum] Can't upvote new bug reports and "New" tag is missing

I just created a new bug report and noticed that the upvote button is missing. My bug report doesn't seem to be the only one affected, all reports that were made after the New, Investigating, Working on a fix etc. tags were changed can't be upvoted.

    Someone from Niantic seems to have manually set this report to "New", which returned the upvote button.
