Requesting account deletion

I’ve already gone through support tickets in regards to getting my account deleted, the latest response I’ve received last week on May 2nd stated that the process has begun but my account is still active and another robo-response was sent asking if I needed further assistance. I requested my Harry Potter: Wizards Unite account deletion at the same time and that was taken care of in less than a day; I am hoping posting this here in a more public setting can kickstart the process.
