CORE renewal 4 days earlier than promised.

Following last month's CORE fiasco, where a large number of agents did not receive the benefits they paid for, I was promised in a support chat (after waiting many days for a reply) that my my renewal date would be changed from the 9th to the 13th, to make up for the missing days.
This did not happen, I received my CORE pack and receipt today, so I have now had no compensation whatsoever for the time I was without the bonuses I paid for, and for the absurd and insulting delays in replying to my support chat.

@NianticBrian Will the subscription renewal date be extended for all of us who had this problem, or just for the ones who happen to catch your attention here? And is anything ever going to be done about the renewals that should have gotten 7000 CMU last month and didn't because our renewals weren't processed on time?
