Ap doesn't up

Hi,
This morning the game is slow for Europe and after 1h, action in game run again normally.
My issue is my AP. It doesn't up after several action, I start the game again and again but no results.medal and items up normally and I can farm without problem.

You're making actions that should give you AP and your AP is not going up?
1) Have you reported this as an issue with the Scanner, with the Support site (https://support.ingress.com)?
2) Are you able to make a recording of the issue you're seeing?
After évent finished, ap increase again
