Lost CORE subscriber (3rd time), I'm sick of it!!!

For the 3rd time in a row I lost my CORE subscription again. My PayPal account was debited but my inventory is back to 2000 items and I didn't get any bonus.
The refresh button added in the last update is NOTHING! It does not allow you to recover your subscription when you did not get it.
I'm tired of paying for a game that works very badly with a useless support that answers when it has time and never understands anything.
In short, I'm fed up. Please give me back my subscription for which I was debited on my bank account.

@NianticBrian Ok and in the meantime can you please force my subscription again? I can't play anymore.
@LaFolle16 can you try taking a game action now and seeing if your inventory capacity returns to 2,500? Thank you for your patience.
@NianticBrian I did get my inventory back at 2500 items but I didn't get the CMU and other bonuses.

Once again, thank you for your intervention, but is it possible to find a permanent solution? It is unbearable to pay for a service that does not work.
In this case, it looked there was a delay but the rewards were granted without additional intervention. We're still investigating why some specific Agents see this (while most subscribers do not).
