Approved Portal photos not showing up in the scanner

On April 20, 2021, I received an email confirming my new portal photograph is now available on my scanner. Portal name is Interstate 94 Rest Area. Photo still does not appear in the scanner after several weeks. Portal is located in Casco, MI.

On April 24, 2021, I received an email confirming my new portal photograph is now available on my scanner. Portal name is Clay Township Sign. Photo still does not appear in the scanner after several weeks. Portal is located in Clay Twp, MI.

I am upgraded to the latest version of Ingress. I am using iOS 13.5.1 other local agents have confirmed they cannot see the new photos On Android devices and other iOS devices either.

Hello. I have the same problem. I have taken pictures and updated portals but my photos do not appear even after receiving the e-mail that is available on the scanner. The email I have been receiving lately is [email protected]
