81 times of Portal scan upload-able count lost

Yesterday, I was supposed to upload 192 portals for scan data.

But suddenly my 81 upload-able count times were lost, and I could scan only 111 times.

Could you recover my 81 portal-scan counts? And I will be able to upload 400 + 81 portal scan data next week?
