Indestructible links led to operation fail

On 30 April 2021 (00:10-1:40 AM, UTC+3) more than 20 agents of Moscow Enlightened community tried to implement a homogeneous field of 6th order. Unfortunately, they were unable to finish the operation due to undestructible link between portals Дом Уварова https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=55.757317,37.634656&z=17&pll=55.757317,37.634656 and Доходный Дом с Лавками https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=55.757611,37.635511&z=17&pll=55.757611,37.635511.
Other link from Дом Уварова portal was removed only by destroying another anchor with a significant time loss. Apart from flipping mentioned portals, agents tried to put Battle Beacons on them and scan them to initiate Scout Controller change and portal status re-sync. It didn't work, the link wasn't removed in several hours, so operation failed. I would like to encourage participated agents to ask for wasted items restoration in this thread.
Unfortunately poor game management leads to the fail of operations caused by spoofers (https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/13770/fieldart-shieldsnroses-march-1st-2021-korolev-moscow-region#latest) or in-game issues similarto the described one. We got no appropriate response in these cases, which is highly discouraging and makes us doubtful about the game future.

i was there. nothing could be done to destroy that link. battle beacon etc no help.
yep, it's a simple bug, but it destroed our plans
wow that sucks, must be a ghost link that the server hasnt synced right for a reason.
