Hackstreak Day 7 hack gives only 500AP bonus

Pretty much the title. The Hackstreak announcement (https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/14594/get-hacking-with-hackstreak) states that day 7 hack is supposed to give 3x hack output (which it currently does) and 1000AP bonus. Instead it gives only 500AP bonus.
Device: Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite
OS: MIUI 12.0.1.0 Stable, Android 11

Same here. 500 AP isn’t much to cry over, but it’s that this great new feature isn’t quite working as planned.

Can confirm. I didn't notice the 500 AP until now, just wanted to get my x6 hack on video.
I’ve just got my 7-day streak and only 500AP too
Same here, I used an Apex so it shows 1.000 AP

This was an issue where the launch announcement says +1,000 AP but we originally designed this to grant +500 AP for Days 1-7. For now, I'll update the original launch announcement to reflect what we originally designed and implemented (+500 AP for Days 1-7, and 2X items on Days 1-6 with 3X items on Day 7).
Bumping up the AP reward to +1,000 AP on Day 7 makes sense as a bonus for completion though, and I'll check to see what it will take to update the reward table in the future.
Just grant +500 AP for each Epoch point uptick @NianticBrian
Edit: you only get an epoch uptick on the 7th day of a hack so it seems a no brainier to attach it to that rather than the hack.
Please relese new cool animation when we earn 1000AP day 7. Say new window and cool sounds for the new hacksteak window every day and day 7 get complete and boost sound.

Please, no. There are many things that can improve Ingress Prime. More pointless visual effects is not one of them.

I'm really curious, if you can share: How did that make it into the final announcement? It seemed so specific that it not giving the 1000 AP was considered a bug, after all.
I feel more cool animation and cool new sounds good for Prime. Niantic can do the animation exyreme short and nice. If agents dont like see it and the earn AP the can click and skip the animation.
