[2.69.1] "Finalize Recursion" not grayed out if the 4 hour countdown isn't finished yet

I know that it is intentional that the button can't be pressed if the countdown hasn't reached zero yet, but the "Finalize Recursion" button is still showing as "active". Trying to interact with it doesn't do anything, as intended.
