Accessing wrong portal

When going into the game, the portal network seems different (like the portals being in wrong place) sometimes the portals has also been holding links, not connecting to any other visible portal. When tapping on a nearby portal its not the portal it is suppose to be. Sometimes it could be a portal several km’s away.

It doesnt happen all the time, but its a little scary bug since I dont know if my gps is showing at the actual portal or not.

Im using iOS 14.2.1, iphone 12 mini, ingress 2.69.1

I do not have any photo os the bug.
