Glyph hack menu is activated but hacking shows "Portal not in range" when range is exactly 40.0 meters
1. Range to Portal is more than 40.0 meters and the Glyph hack menu is greyed out in Portal view:
Cannot open Hack Grid, it shows instantly "Portal not in range" toast message, works as expected.
2. Range to Portal is exactly 40.0 meters
-> Glyph hack menu is activated:
3. Open Glyph menu
-> Glyph grid opens
4. Do Glyph command or sequence
-> "Portal not in range" toast message shown
5. Was able to repeat step 3-4. over 6-7 times within 15 seconds.
The location was stationary and stayed exactly at 40.0 meters during that time, no location drifting.
-> Glyph hack menu should not be activated when it shows "Portal not in range" at the same time.
The same behaviour is probably happening when opening Pop-up hack menu straight from map view.
Also Link menu is activated when range is exactly 40.0 meters.
Did not try if linking also fails with "Portal not in range" toast message.
This happened over month ago and also with latest 2.69.1 version.

Can you share the lat-long of the Portal you're trying to Glyph Hack? Does the Glyph hack work at 39.9m?

Lat-long values for Espoo, Finland.
Not exact values (portal within 2 km).
Can try to hack when distance is 39.9m and stationary, may take some time.
Seems to be hard to find a place where distance to Portal is 39.9m and the location stays stationary for a longer time.
Maybe if NIA developers could try this if they are able to use location simulation and set fixed location 39.9m from Portal.
Seems to work correctly at 39.9m:
Was able to repeat steps 2-4. three times within 10-15 seconds.
The location was stationary and stayed exactly at 39.9 meters during steps 2-4, no location drifting.
