CORE subscription doubled paid but unable to activate

next month, new trouble:
As the last (automatic) renew process failed and Apple refunded me, I thought it might be a good idea to cancel the subscription a couple of days ago (which worked) and then to activate a new subscription.
Guess what: it failed also. Now I got mutiple bills and no Core: Errormessage „unable to synchronise wih the shop“.
Please refund the doubled paided bills and fix the activation

Subscription End Time: May 22, 2021 9:19:00 AM. I'm not sure if you were billed multiple times, I don't see that on my end, but if you were, please request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem flow here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
@Euntaekooo I don't see a record of a C.O.R.E. subscription on your @Euntaekooo account. Can you write in to our NIA Ops team and share more info, like receipt or payment method? Thank you.
@NianticBrian been in contact with support providing the same screenshots with transaction id, but conversation was closed.
Now once again I was charged for C.O.R.E last night, but nothing there unfortunately.
