I don't see the ornament of Volatil Portals in my Scanner (Scout Controller)

Hello, for a few weeks ago, I don't see this ornament, what's the solution? Thanks!!

    Enable Scout Controlled layer. You can see ornaments of volatile scout controller portals only with this layer enabled.
