[2.68.2] Portal Appears Destroyed during building due to lag.

During the heavy lag on Tuesday 6th April 2021, I was building a portal after destroying it, with hanging bursters still being processed.

After deploying 3 resonators (slowly), the portal showed the destroyed animation, and all resonators disappeared, only to reappear.

I checked my activities and alerts, and there were no indications of other players in the area.
