Playgrounds attached to restaurants.
I'm struggling with this one and wanted to check before submitting. The case in point is a restaurant that has an outdoor play area attached. The area isn't accessible any other way than through the restaurant.
I can't think of any guidelines that this directly contravenes. Its a playground that has safe public access (though obviously the place isn't open 24/7 so not for all of the public, all of the time).
So why am I dithering? I don't know. Someone give me a shove in the right direction.

In a previous AMA, Andrew said that these were prefectly fine as POIs.
@TheFarix oh, must have missed that one. Thanks!
@JohnnyAlphaCZ If you were on Reddit at the time, it was hard to miss. Several individuals were vocally upset about it at the time. But then again, these were also the very same individuals who believed playgrounds shouldn't be POIs to begin with.
@TheFarix ah, I really only followed the AMAs on G+ and usually scrolled past the ensuing whoha on reddit.
I kind of understand the anti-playground thing but I usually play alongside my gf, making me look less creepy. Plus, you know, the rules of the game are the rules of the game.
Q54: Fred Espenscheid - Playgrounds are 5* but what about playgrounds inside fast food restaurants?
"A54:Like McDonald's Play Places? Aren't they commercial entities? The OPR guide says ""ACCEPT if the candidate is in a park or community gathering place; falls under the criteria of public spaces that encourage walk and exercise."""
Q: Briggs Jourdan - Your clarification from the September 2018 AMA about playgrounds at restaurants is unfortunately a hot topic of contention in our local community, and is often interpreted as "NIA is monitoring fast food playgrounds." Would it be possible to just spell it out with a definitive answer, such as 'Playground OK, Restaurant No'?
A: This is exactly what the clarification said. NIA OPS said, “the playground typically meets the criteria of regular playgrounds...The business itself in the case of McDonald's would likely not meet the Portal criteria. So the playground is ok. Just don't try to submit every McDonald's location as those will get denied.”
