Problem with kinetic capsule, the counter remains at 0km

I have walked two kilometers as you can see in the trekker increases. However, the kinetic capsule no longer advances and remains at 0.0 km from the last program that ends. Hopefully you can support me to resolve this incident.

device: iPhone 8, software version 14.4.1

@jpestanas I reset your Kinetic Capsule, and you should be able to run a new Program. To help me better track which forum threads I've responded to, I'm going to mark this ticket resolved and close this thread. If you're still seeing an issue, please create a new bug report. Thank you.
