Oh, there is an issue with shipping them to europe, lets solve that. That way it can be shipped to all folks. Oh, you have people buying 10 to flip on eBay? Okay, limit these to two per household. Oh, you have people staying up for 20+ hours because you can't give us the courtesy of giving us an order time? Well, make it 1:20PM PST.
Not everyone is going to win and maybe Niantic underestimated the interest, but this seemingly blatant thing you (Niantic) do where you completely ignore your own forums, your community and just kinda do whatever you want is such a slap in the face to agents all over the world who are pretty freakin' loyal to you...
Given that agents had clubbed together from around the world to obtain this merch by hook and crook, I’d say it’s a no brainier to get more available for us. Failure to do that will create a great deal of ill will tbh.

I agree with you on one point: we expected much more availability. We are sorry that we bought 50%. But I was pinged in our group when they were available. I do not support Ebay and other trading sites. If you like, feel free to help pack or look at the pictures we take then.
We in Europe are a community that is very cohesive. If I hadn't been on the PC, we wouldn't have gotten these. We were lucky. As mentioned before, we would have rather expected a stock of 2000 or more.
By the way, threats have already come to me that they want to find me and do something to me. We all want swag and we all play the beautiful game. Stay nice, I am and will remain so.
It was ridiculous that they let people buy bulk all they helping is reseller. It would be nice if they have put limit for at least a week so people can get own and then for others

Honestly I blame Niantic. They have been doing this for 8 years and should know their player base by now. Inventory should have been much much higher.

I was lucky enough to get some as well for me and my friends, but I literally F5-ed the shop the whole day from 6am waiting. I'd be nice if there was a second to sell chance for others Agents to get packs as well
The sale was fast 7 mint and all were sold out? I'm not sure what Niantic expected, but they should know that Swag addicts will they would wait all day to get some swag lol
I ended up buying 3 for the free shipping instead of taking the time to see how much it even was. They were going fast, had to react. Local agents are going to grab my extras whenever they get here.

It's really frustrating watching Ingress fail in the same ways over and yet over again. Communication seems to be the continuous pain point. If anything is going to cause Ingress' demise its communication problems.
This selling event showed that agents from all around the world really look forward Ingress' merchandise. I hope Niantic takes the chance to raise items' initial stock size, improve their communication on Ingress-related merchandise, schedule (and communicate) restocks, do some marketing research on what the agents would buy, and start a plan to sell this kind of swag worldwide.

The news about this NL-kit was a really good news, until I found out no shipping to Europe, and even if I could arrange for some kind of 3rd party shipping or some mule, the surprise that it was all gone in less then 10 mins makes me want to cancel the C.O.R.E subscription, just in spite. The lack of communication and understanding of their community still continue to baffle me, even after all these year.

But then you have this happen and it really makes you wonder.. Just looking at this board and the comments and you can see that you are bleeding EASY money here.

Small group of us in the UK were trying to order too (failed to secure any). Mainly for efficiency of shipping/dealing with customs etc.
