I love the new NL-1331 Birthday Kit. I was lucky enough to buy two - one for myself, and one for another Agent.
However, there were many Agents who were not able to purchase a kit. Is there a way for Niantic to do a reprint on these kits, and perhaps send these reprints to all three regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)? We know that there's a great demand for these kits, and having a reprint would be awesome for the Ingress community.

Less than ten minutes. That's ridiculous. They can just keep taking orders (basically free money) and ordering more cards and stickers later. Why do we as a community have to inform this company about how to make money? Absolutely horribly run company.
I was lucky enough to get some as well, but I literally F5-ed the shop the whole day. I'd be nice if there was a chance for others to get packs as well (even more so if they're also available outside the US store ;))
600 also seems... low? I'm not sure what Niantic expected, but they should know that Swag addicts will behave like zombies to get some swag lol

Why don't you STILL don't recognize us, the swag collectors. You make limited stock ingress packs for USA only that sells out in MINUTES... Take my money but freaking give me my swag. I don't want NIA logo socks. I want my ingress swag! In OUTSIDE the USA!
Whoever is in charge of merch and all that should be fired. They clearly are holding back your revenue stream with this artificial limiting. It's not hyped up sneakers, I WANT to GIVE you my MONEY. Give me my swag.
By the time I had input my mailing and payment info, it was sold out..😴 I'm shattered.
Like they couldn't say exactly when the things were on sale? I have checked the page "yesterday", because of it might have been March 24th UTC. Checked page many times today. Signed up for notifications. Didn't get an email saying they were available. I'm very disappointed.
Please reprint. Limit purchases to 2-3 per. Make available world-wide to avoid quick sell outs.
Sharing the sentiment with my fellow agents, I'd love to have a pack of this but they were gone within 10 minutes. Please make more! And while you're at it, please also make them available in Europe; we're really looking forward to having sweet merchandise!
This may be the literally worst run company I've ever seen. They don't even know how to get out of their own way to make money.

Personally, I think the NL-1331 Birthday Badge should be sold in the in-game store, while the physical items be available in the store. Not only would it be more appropriate to meet demands, but they can make $10-15 per sale in direct no-cost sales.

On the point of Physical Sales though, they definitely should put all their old back-stock on the BrandFuel site and sell it all to judge general demand for Ingress items. Recursion pins, Prime stickers etc, would all sell well to swag hounds.

And for the future, it would be good to set a limit on the number of packs per one hand. For example 10 in one hand. Otherwise, situations turn out that are not very honest in relation to other people.

Exactly! A group of agents and I in Canada were bundling our order for the free shipping and by the time we moved to payment, the pack was removed from our cart because it was no longer available. 😴
So many agents that would have loved to be a part of a wonderful celebration of the game we love are now destroyed emotionally and exhausted from waiting at the computer constantly, some overnight!
Personally I'm feeling really distraught.
Gutted to have missed out and please sell in all regions if you are able to bring it back. Big fan of swag especially when available with reasonable shipping.

There is no announcements for the sale, I guess communication here is bad from Niantic to agent, or Brand fuel to agent or maybe Niantic to Brand fuel also? I was up entire night here due to different timezone to refreshing the page, aaaand the pack stock is gone in minutes lol.
I really hope there is digital version of this NL pack on Ingress store. I am sure it will be huge in sale for sure. Or, make it on another store with bigger number, Please @NianticBrian. Thank you
It was a group order from Europe.
Any communication from Niantic could have helped mitigated the demand - like if the packs were going to be sold in other regions of their store.
Please try to have a pre-order system so that nobody misses out. There are plenty of printing companies that could manufacture the cards to order. I wouldn't mind waiting a few weeks for delivery but its not a nice way to treat the community that wants to support this game to have so few released and so many feeling hurt about missing out.
