Capsules disappeared

Half of my capsules disappeared somewhere from the inventory. Several days ago I checked them and everything was fine. Now I can't find 5-6 empty castom titled normal capsules and at least one quantum capsule with about 30 rare media from first say dozen of FS events. I'm sure I couldn't delete them or throw away because there are too many of them disappeared and there were on opposite ends of the inventory carousel. I don't know what to do. I discovered this issue after the last update.

As this is a problem with your account, better try contacting using in-app support.
I tried but there's no "variants" of such problem, not even close in the list that bot gave me. So it send me link here.
There is the option of capsules when you chat with support, gameplay issues, capsule disappeared.
I don't see that in "my" chat. There's only log-in issues, premium items and something like that. No "gameplay issues" at all.
Try using another browser or another device to access https://support.ingress.com/
I mean I tried to contact support in scaner application. They suggested me to clean cash and reinstall the app but it chaned nothing.
