Ingress freezes when scanning the portal.
I've been scanning portals for almost a year now. Within a week, I found a bug. When the portal is already scanned, I click on the upload scan button. And the scan freezes. It doesn't matter which button to click "send later" or "send now" the scan freezes. I exit the scan, scan again, and the bug repeats. When restarting the game, I can only send one portal to download. On the second portal, the bug repeats.
