I walked playing ingress so that trekker increased 3km. However kinetic capsule still remains 0.0km. I would be grateful if you guy solve this issue hopefully before the end of the current event.
Do you remember what you did what might have caused the distance to stop counting? Did you change factions or something else?

I walked 25km today but my kinetic capsule is still sticking to 0.0km.
I have not made a faction change, it stucks after it works. I have 2 capsule completed in the event, but now it stays on 0km :-(

Spamming reports won't help. I'm sure Brian is on the lookout on weekdays, and in any case whatever you/app did when it broke will be helpful to include.
Hi, my kinetic capsule does not work since I changed faction a couple of months ago. It remains at 0 km.

I am having the same issue. Finished an 8km cap then started a 2km for the event and in two days it has not moved. I have walked at least 8km since then. No faction changes or nothing out of the usual.
Hello, @NianticBrian and @InvestigateXM could you help her? there are others here that also need to have their capsules restarted according to the solution presented in another similar topic.

I walked about 12km, but 2km x 4 kinetic capsule recipes did not work.
