It was possible to consume Power Cubes with USE even when the XM Tank was full.

Noticed this bug also in latest version 2.67.1

"Recycled" about ten L6 PowerCubes using USE.

XM Tank shows 22 000 XM, but part of the XM tank bar is yellow:
