[Bug] Effects channel died during game play
While deploying today, I had a weird situation where the Effects channel suddenly simply 'stopped'. All effects channel sounds were not heard at all, from deploying resonators to glyphing. Background elements were auditble, and speech elements were audible, but until I restarted, the Effects was completely gone.
During later gameplay this happened again at least twice over the two and a half hours of play.
