How often do you check the map link while reviewing?
When you review a portal, how often do you click on the address to have a look at Google maps? I find that it's very useful with certain types of submissions, and allows you to check several things at once that you can't fully check in the maps in the OPR window. You can tell much more easily if the location is correct, and you can see reviews if the object is something that would have reviews. So, as an example, if a submitter tells me that a pub is "popular with the locals" but it has 2 or 3 reviews, all poor to middling, I will give it a low rating.
Some portals are obvious enough from the views you get in OPR, but ignoring the obvious 1* or duplicates, I probably click on the map link more than half the time.

Interesting. I haven't done that. I have zoomed in and out and if I can't see compelling evidence on OPR that the local is truly accurate, I will grade it low. If it starts out with a photosphere that doesn't show the submission, I'll zoom out and zoom back in to see another view to verify the location.
at least twice per review
Usually, the map provided inside OPR is enough. But I'll jump out to do more research if things don't make sense from that window. I do 100% of my reviews on a desktop, though.
Always, specially if I don't remember if the portal is actually there.
If an evaluation is more difficult at first sight, then I always use the link to get more information on maps. If something else appears there than indicated, I adjust my rating accordingly.
It depends on the portal candidate - if the photo and Street View show me clearly what it is and where it is I don't normally check the map link. However, if it's an anonymous building and I want to be certain what it is, and that it is not on school, military premises etc then I check the map link
Unless the submission is an obvious 1* from the beginning, I check it every time.
If it isn't obviously properly placed and visible via the default map view, I'll street view it. Sometimes I'll even pull up Bing Maps to see if the area has been updated, if it looks like it should be there but not visible on the default map. Like @ArtilectZed , I only review on a PC.
