Payment Failed but Got C.O.R.E. Items Pack

My Google Play balance was less
than 4.99$, and one hour ago I received a "Payment Failed"message from Google Play.
But when I started Ingress I received CORE renew pack. And my "Months subscribed" data updated to 2.
I cancelled subscribe in Google Play but the pack is still there.
