C.O.R.E. item reception message rendering in disorder

When my subscription renewed, scanner outputs item reception message. Scanner renders it in disorder.
Characters are drawn in a random manner and redrawn as time passes until I tapped ti dismiss.

Looks like is intended to do that according to shared videos.
@sinaht there's supposed to be a glitch effect on the text, but do you ever see the full
Secure Package Receivedtext, or are the words always garbled or showing random characters?This is how the animation looks like, and I'm pretty sure it's intentional. In English, it's the "Secure Package Received" that is glitching.

The image is a sample frame rendered properly (far left and right are cut off, though. Layout is another problem).
They're repeatedly redrawn as correct or garbled (glitched).
If it's intentional, I retract my report.
But it's hard to read and some other AGs also complain this is a bug.
The glitchy text is working as designed, but we'll look into disabling the glitchy text animation to improve its readability. Thank you.
I never see the animation,text and hear the sound when C.O.R.E renew. Hope @NianticBrian soon can resolve it when my account bug with the animation for C.O.R.E and Level up.
